Our Philosophy on Returns
First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You can exchange or return any item assuming it meets the guidelines below. 

Exchange and Returns Policy
Quarry Collections, LLC will accept, for a full refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, return your item within (21) days from the date that the original order was placed. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after (21) days from the date of original order. Items must be returned without any missing components and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, complete the return request form and submit for processing. 

Exchanges
If you would prefer a different product, size, style, or color, please initiate a return request form and submit for processing. Once a return request is processed, customers will receive a pre-paid shipping label for product return. We recommend that you keep your tracking number on file until the package is received at our facility. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once the exchange item is received, we will process and fulfill your exchange item within (5) business days. As with the original order, we offer free shipping of the exchanged item within the continental United States. Due to higher international transit rates, customers outside of the continental United States are responsible for fees associated with all product exchanges.

Returns
If you decide to return any product, please initiate a return request form and submit for processing. Once a return request is processed, customers will receive a pre-paid shipping label for product return. We recommend that you keep your tracking number on file until the package is received at our facility. Items must be returned in their original condition. Upon receipt, a refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for the full processing of your return.
